Harry is the latest generation of the Crumbs, famous and extremely talented detectives. Unfortunately talent seems to have skipped a generation and Harry is reduced to "gumshoe" work at a remote branch of the Crumb detective agency. Back at headquarters, Crumb executive Elliot Draison hatches an evil plan which requires the inclusion of an incompetent detective. With Harry Crumb on the case Draison thinks everything will run fine for him. Despite his best efforts Crumb actually makes some headway in the case...

Why the low rating?

This movie is hilarious especially if your a John candy fan. Sure it's not uncle buck but it's classic funny man candy. If you dislike it maybe you're taking it way too serious because it's great!

Easy to talk about!

One of my favorite comedies, Who's Harry Crumb is the story of a bumbling private detective played by John Candy, who uses a number of disguises throughout the film. Jeffrey Jones is excellent as Elliot Dreisen. A relatively clean movie, the comedy revolves around Harry and his earnestness and naivete you could say. A lot of viewers will laugh at Harry, but I laugh with him as he tracks down the kidnappers - and find them he will! A number of good lines, interesting dialogue, funny disguises, and cool cameos. Plus this movie actually makes Annie Potts a believable sex object. A very easy 10 for me!

I have yet to watch this but, presentation and, speed of arrival is impressive.

Worth the price

Would give it five stars, but it didn't have a main menu or subtitles. Still, it was great to find such a rare DVD and was worth the wait.

A very pleasant old movie, brings back good memories watching this as a kid.
Great performances from all & quite moving at times.

Godless DVD

This was a Chinese DVD. The case was broken and the DVDs were mislabelled, however the picture quality was very good and the show Godless was absolutely amazing. Overall worth it.

DVD is utter crap,it's not genuine and it is a burnt copy with poor quality. I got burnt purchasing this. Buyer beware this shop is questionable

Unholy trinity

Three stars for the movie only. In spite of having leading actors, I was quite
disappointed with the overall movie. Good western movies are quite a
rarity nowadays.
As for the service, Mr. Brady has always delivered and is a pleasure to talk to.
