Slow to ship and no confirmation once sent. Reverse cover art states a 16:9 presentation but transfer is 4:3 pan & scan. No response from seller when this issue was raised.

A good DVD, but the episodes were misnumbered and out of order. Not a problem once the viewer realises and watches episodes in correct order.

I received my dvd of the movie Battletruck a couple of weeks ago but I've been away so couldn't watch it until last night.
Great old classic that brought back a few memories.
I purchased it at a great price and it arrived in good condition and in good time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone who is looking for a hard to find classic movie.

I have yet to watch this but, presentation and, speed of arrival is impressive.
Would give it five stars, but it didn't have a main menu or subtitles. Still, it was great to find such a rare DVD and was worth the wait.
The Valley Of Decision Greer Garson, with a terrific Irish brogue, earned still another Oscar nomination. With the exception of 1940, Miss Garson was nominated for best actress from 1939-1945, a Hollywood record. The film depicts the old problem of wealth vs. poverty. A pretty and pert Greer goes to work for the family of Gregory Peck. They are lovely, unpretentious people. Her dad, played by the irascible Lionel Barrymore, is a hot head if ever there were. His hot-headedness will ultimately lead to his downfall as the film goes on. We see wealth and snobbery associated with it, especially by Peck’s wife, brilliantly played by a young Jessica Tandy. In a change of pace, veteran movie mother, Gladys Cooper, comes off as a wonderfully, kind sort of matriarch married to the indomitable Donald Crisp. The ending is great. All I can say is that fairness triumphs over snobbery. Class distinctions just seem to go away.
