I almost couldn’t remember if this film was real…

Windwalker ..or if I dreamed this. I remember my older brother taking me to see this film when I was six years old. I was captivated by it then, and over the years, I forgot the name of the film and nobody knew what I was talking about when I would describe it. Not even my brother remembers. Well, thanks to the wonders of the internet, I was finally able to remember the name and I ordered it not really expecting it to be as enchanting as when I was six. But I still find it to be an amazing film. Very well done with some great camera work. It is refreshing to see a Native American film without the indians merely being a catalyst for the heroism of some cowboy. A great story and I love that it is done in Native Language and subtitled English. I noticed that they gave the “If you like this movie, you will like ‘Dances with Wolves'” recommendation. Well, this is a much better movie. If only because we don’t have to see Kevin Costners bare a**e. This film stands on it’s own without the marquee names or the white actors with the wig and tanning cream. Check it out.

If you like the old west & tales of Indian spirits, then you’ll love “Windwalker”. It is truly a classic film & is superbly done in the fashion of Hollywood movie making. The story is also typical of Indian legend. The movie tells of the “Great Spirit” & the power that can beheld from believing & having faith. The performance of all members of the cast is truly an adventure you won’t want to miss. This movie is a western adventure that is hard to duplicate in todays times as far as movie making & story telling goes. “Pull your hat down tight, take a deep seat & let Er buck” cause this is one picture you’re gonna love, come hell or high water! After waiting 14 days I decided to enquire by email when my DVD would arrive

After waiting 14 days I decided to enquire by email when my DVD would arrive. I received an email back stating I had purchased it via download and had been sent an and had been sent a link, so I checked my emails lo and behold there was one there with a link in it but the link didn’t work, even though the invoice states when I made payment and ordered the movie it was fora DVD. So here we are still waiting for my DVD. I have received no communication back since the inquiry other than I made the mistake. Then I received an email to give a review while I can tell you what it’s not Sterling. I do not recommend buying any movie from this online store.

A good DVD, but the episodes were misnumbered and out of order. Not a problem once the viewer realises and watches episodes in correct order.
