INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RareandcollectibleDVDs use a courier company, Sendle, for all International deliveries. We have been using them for over two years and have found them reliable and if a parcel is lost they have a very efficient system to find it. As international postage is expensive all our International mail has a tracking number which you receive once it has been raised.

WORLD SHIPPING ZONES

There are six zones and each has it's own pricing structure

AUSTRALIA  All shipping inside Australia is free, however only orders of two or more DVDs qualify for tracking. All orders of a single DVD are sent Australia Post untracked. If tracking is required Postage is an extra $7.00.

Orders of two or more DVDs per order are sent tracked either by Sendle or Australia Post if it is outside of a Sendle delivery area.

NORTH AMERICA  The cost is a flat $17.00 irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered. All orders include tracking.

WESTERN EUROPE  The cost is a flat $19.00 irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered. All orders include tracking.

ASIA  The cost is a flat $16.00 irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered. All orders include tracking.

NEW ZEALAND   The cost is a flat $12.00 irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered. All orders include tracking.

REST OF THE WORLD   The cost is a flat $28.00 irrespective of the number of DVDs ordered. All orders include tracking.

If you are ordering internationally then the more you order the more you save on postage

Delivery Times

We strive to process all orders and have them posted within three working days. Large orders are the exception and these can take a little longer. If their was a major hold up we would be in contact and advise you of the delay.

Faulty or Defective DVD’s

We have a guaranteed customer satisfaction policy. This means should the DVD be not playable for any reason we will replace it free of any charges to you. Returns and refunds If for any reason you wish to return a DVD we would refund the price you paid for the DVD but you would be liable for the postage cost back to us. Once we received it and it is in good condition we would issue you a refund.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund because you change your mind.

Unfortunately Mail does get lost. The Australian Postal System along with the International Post System are not what they use to be. We will work with you to get the DVD to you. Sometimes it may require patience as mail can get held up for a whole lot of reasons and a normal 6 day delivery can blow out to 15 days or international a 20 day window can go to 35 days. In the USA if Customs seize a consignment, this can cause a big delay. Once we place your consignment into the Postal system it is out of our hands. We are both dependent on a third party that does not particularly care about either of us, so if a problem arises we must work together to solve it.

Payment Methods 

We accept PayPal, Credit Card or any other payment system Shopify Pay accepts. For Australian buyers we do accept phone orders and local pickup if this can be arranged.
