Experimental pilot testing a new rocket powered craft (actually a Convair F-102 interceptor) manages to fly into the future and land at the now deserted airbase he left. He ends up in a city with people who are suspicious he is a spy and who want to keep him to procreate with the rulers daughter because the majority of the inhabitants are sterile. He manages to escape and return to his own time but “with consequences”. A Spectacle of the World of Tomorrow! Fantastic Sights to Stagger the Imagination!

Way above average in this time period's genre
As someone who once watched this kind of movie on TV in the late 60's and early 70's, believe me, this example of old Sci-Fi is the cream of the crop. It moves along at a brisk pace, the sets are original and futuristic, it has sex appeal, and a number of interesting subplots. In fact, as an example of its class. I would rate this 10 out of 10. I read another review here that criticized the view of the city of the future, because it looked like a "postcard". This person must have been born in 1990. In movies of this kind, it is RARE to get a glimpse of the city of the future! It also gave us a view of the destroyed city next door. Wow, what a treat! The budget for this film must have been ABOVE average. Where did I see this movie? On YouTube, where the title caught my eye.

What's not to like?
Take a 19xx male, rocket him into space and back to Earth of the near future. Back home was never so good. Hot chorus girls patrolling the corridors in mini-skirts and wearing stockings with seams. Oh and they're deaf mute. The perfect date! Also the rulers daughter has the hots for you. Fend off the pesky mutants and one over bearing civil servant and you've got it made.
When you have a shoe string budget you have to be inventive and the producers knew all the right buttons to press for the mostly young male audience this flick was intended for. 'A' for effort and imagination. Good enough to waste an hour and a half peeping.
