Shipping Costs

Customer Services The cost of posting a DVD can be expensive especially if it is going international. We obtain the best, most reliable and cheapest rate we can get for you. The best price we can get is Envelope First Class BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER.
This service is very reliable and has proven so over many years. We have found that tracking numbers are not worth the extra cost and if the item does go astray it can be a battle to get the post office to admit liability.

Delivery Times

We strive to process all orders and have them posted within two working days. Large orders are the exception and these can take a little longer. If their was a major hold up we would be in contact and advise you of the delay.

Faulty or Defective DVD’s

Customer Services We have a guaranteed customer satisfaction policy. This means should the DVD be not playable for any reason we will replace it free of any charges to you. Returns and refunds If for any reason you wish to return a DVD we would refund the price you paid for the DVD but you would be liable for the postage cost back to us. Once we received it and it is in good condition we would issue you a refund through PayPal

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund because you change your mind.

Unfortunately Mail does get lost. The Australian Postal System along with the International Post System are not what they use to be. We will work with you to get the DVD to you. Sometimes it may require patience as mail can get held up for a whole lot of reasons and a normal 6 day delivery can blow out to 15 days or international a 20 day window can go to 35 days. Once we place your consignment into the Postal system it is out of our hands. We are both dependent on a third party that does not particularly care about either of us, so if a problem arises we must work together to solve it.

Payment Methods

We only accept PayPal payments through our secure shopping cart. Other payments within Australia can be made but contact us first and discuss it with us. PayPal is a very very secure payment system and handles over 70% of e-commence transactions worldwide on a daily basis.
